Terms of use

Use Varienta only for work you are authorised to undertake. Keep account access secure, respect other people’s rights and do not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass access controls.

Research responsibilities

You remain responsible for study design, data quality, permissions, method selection and interpretation. Review diagnostics and limitations before using results. Demonstration data are synthetic. Automated checks do not guarantee statistical validity, regulatory compliance or publication acceptance.

Your content and our service

You retain rights in your submitted material. You authorise processing needed to provide the requested service. Varienta branding and software remain protected by their respective owners. Do not submit material without the necessary rights.

Commercial terms and jurisdiction

Application features require a paid subscription; there is no free product tier or free trial. Stripe Checkout shows the price, currency, billing period and applicable tax before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Keep your billing email current for invoices and payment notices. Creating an account alone does not charge you.

Cancel through Billing → Manage subscription in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then while payment remains valid. Failed payments, full refunds or payment disputes may interrupt paid access. Export needed material before access expires; cancellation is separate from data deletion.

Payments and refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. For a billing error or refund request, contact us with your invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or research data. Refunds required by applicable law remain available; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and limitations

Protect your account and use only material you are authorised to process. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Availability and error-free results are not guaranteed. Do not rely on outputs alone for clinical decisions or other decisions affecting a person's rights. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these policies

We publish revisions here with a new version date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through the service or an account notice. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove mandatory rights. Review these pages before new uploads or purchases.
